When our Pastoral Administrator, Fr. Jacob Dankasa, arrived at Holy Family in July 2021, he shared his vision for our Parish in his first homily. With a concentration on spiritual development for all of us, he laid out an intentional plan for family evangelization. As Fr. reminded us, "A home built on Christ sustains the church for the future," and he encouraged each of us to get engaged as a family in the ways of the faith so that we can give our children the spiritual formation they need to sustain their faith.
What is Legacy Faith Formation?
With Fr. Dankasa's vision and guidance, Legacy Faith Formation is the new catechesis model for families with students PK4 through 12th grade. The heart of our faith formation programming at Holy Family of Nazareth is to partner with families to create and build a faith legacy through a model that is parent-led and parish-supported. No matter where you are in your faith journey, Holy Family of Nazareth will support you to strengthen your family’s faith, grow in community and build a lasting Legacy.
Legacy Core Team (Volunteers)
A primary aim of Legacy is to build small community groups to strengthen families. God doesn't ask us to do life alone. Please prayerfully consider if God is asking you to walk alongside children, teens and their families.
