Students who are seeking the sacrament of Confirmation need to be registered for Chosen: Your Journey to Confirmation Chosen will be a hybrid program where some lessons are parent-led and some lessons will be on campus at Holy Family. This format is designed to best prepare students intellectually and spiritually to receive the Sacrament of Confirmation and become lifelong disciples of Christ.

This is not a stand-alone program. Your family will also need to be enrolled and participating in Legacy Faith Formation.

Having first experienced the Spirit of God through Baptism, we are drawn into a deeper, more intimate relationship with God through the gifts of the Holy Spirit which gives us strength to boldly witness for Christ.

This preparation process will include...

A 'YES' answer to all of the below is a good indicator your student/family is ready to begin sacramental preparation for Confirmation:

1. Baptized 
2. Catechized (Attended Faith Formation last year)
3. In 8^th Grade (or older)
4. Knows Jesus & Prays Daily
5. Attends (& participates in) Sunday Mass
6. Attends (& participates in) in-person youth nights, service projects, and retreats
7. Virtues & Morals (knows right from wrong & can apologize)
8. Anticipation & Curiosity (interest in Eucharist and Holy Spirit)
9. Understands our Catholic identity and what it entails
