Journey to Baptism
Children 7 years old – 5th grade

The Journey to Baptism for children who are unbaptized wanting to enter the Catholic Church is the same as adults but adapted for children.

Children preparing for Baptism will attend Children’s Ministry sessions on most Sundays from 10:30am to 11:45am. Parents and children will meet periodically on select Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:45pm. The Journey to Baptism usually lasts 2 years.

If your child is 7 years old through 5th grade and desires to be Baptized, and you as a parent are ready to accept responsibility for helping your child mature in the Catholic faith, then we encourage you to fill out the form below.

At the end of the form, you will be asked to click on a link to set up a meeting at your convenience with your child and Mary Black, Coordinator of Children’s Ministry.
