We welcome your family on  this joyous occasion and look forward to helping you prepare to celebrate your child’s/godchild’s baptism!
The information here refers to the baptism of children 6 years and younger. If your child is already 7 years old, please click here.
Baptism Formation class is required for both parents and godparents.  Baptism preparation is designed to provide the formation and information needed to understand the Sacrament of Baptism and your role as a Catholic parent/godparent.

 Baptism Formation available online during pandemic restrictions.

 We have two options...

1) The online formation from Ascension Press with Fr. Mike Schmitz, “Belonging”. Go to  ascensionpress.com/collections/belonging-baptism-in-the-family-of-god. After purchasing the certification course for Baptism ($10), you are directed to create another account and then login to that website, Thinkific. Your purchased course will be available there for you to take. You will be quizzed as you go through the lessons. Present the certificate, along with the other documents needed, to us when you wish to schedule a Baptism.  

2) The "Reborn" video series on Formed.org is free and quite rich in it's formation.  Complete the workbook and submit it as documentation for credit.  See our home page for info about a Formed.org 
free account through Holy Family of Nazareth. 

Formation Sessions onsite will resume when the risk of spreading coronavirus is diminshed.
