Policy on Sexual Misconduct

CLASSES SCHEDULE:

TUESDAY, AUGUST 31                            7:00 P.M. - Gonzales Room

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 28                     7:00 P.M. – Cafeteria

You may attend class at any parish in the Diocese of Dallas; to see a schedule, go to www.cathdal.org.  Click on “Safe Environment” (3^rd item at top of page); then click on “Update Training Schedule” (left side bar).  All paperwork is to be returned to the Holy Family office:  Attn:  Safe Environment..  Please note:  ALL FIRST TIME TRAINEES MUST TAKE THE “FAMILY OF FAITH” TRAINING

See the “Screening Form – Initial Trainees” (below) for instructions if you have never taken the Safe Environment training.  If you are renewing your Safe Environment, PLEASE DO NOT COMPLETE A SCREENING FORM – THERE IS ALREADY ONE ON THE DATABASE FOR YOU.

Screening Form - Initial trainees (1^st time trainees) should complete the online “Screening Form” at  https://dallas.setanet.org/screening.php.  When you complete a Screening Form online, DO NOT COMPLETE ONE WHEN YOU COME TO CLASS.  TELL THE REGISTRAR AT THE DESK THAT YOU COMPLETED A SCREENING FORM ONLINE. 

If you are not a computer user, please arrive 20 minutes early for form completion and photo.  Bring information for three (3) personal references (unrelated who are acquainted with you for at least 3 years).  You need their name, address, phone and email address. 

Renewal Trainees should arrive 10 minutes early for form completion and photo process (you may use your old photo or take a new one but it is necessary to check in at the photography station to advise what you want and to get a new photo if that is your choice).

You may elect to renew online versus attending a class:

You will enter your name and address; the next screen is in two parts.  The upper part is for renewal trainees:  

Click on “My Obligations” (1^st item on the 2^nd line – in pale gray). 

Click on “Update Information and Continue”  

On the next screen, click on “View all Online Courses” (selection bar under your name)
